SmartFrame keeps all participants in frame as people move. Audio tracking follows whoever is speaking. Presentation tracking locks onto a presenter and follows them through the room. The audio side is equally considered. Ten beamforming microphones cover 8 metres — enough for a medium-sized room — with an audio fence that silences everything outside the defined meeting zone. SmartFrame automatically adjusts the field of view to keep all participants framed as people join, leave, or move around the room. Audio tracking layers on top — when someone speaks, the camera detects the voice and shifts focus to that person without anyone touching a control. Presentation tracking combines audio tracking with preset area logic. Smart Gallery — Every Remote Participant Gets a Clear View

Smart Gallery uses AI face and body detection to crop individual participants into their own frames, displayed in a gallery layout for remote attendees. Choose between headshot and half-body mode depending on the meeting context. It means remote participants see clearly defined faces rather than a wide room shot where everyone is small — particularly useful in larger rooms where the camera is mounted some distance from participants.

Audio Fence and Beamforming — Clean Audio Without Touching the Mute Button

The VB342 Pro’s audio fence lets you define the sound zone around the camera — anything outside it is silenced, so open-plan office noise, HVAC, or adjacent rooms don’t bleed into the call. Inside that zone, a 10-element beamforming microphone array picks up voices up to 8 metres away with echo cancellation and noise suppression running continuously.
