Certified natively for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms on Android 13, it supports up to 2 expansion microphones for larger rooms and connects directly to the CTP25 touch panel in the A40-031 bundle.

The MeetingBar A40 connects to your room display via HDMI and to your network via Ethernet or Wi-Fi 6. With wall mount and TV-clip mount both included in the box, installation options are built in from day one. There is no AV rack, no ceiling infrastructure, and no separate camera to position. Standard installation in a small meeting room takes under 15 minutes.

The dedicated AI processor runs IntelliFocus with up to 4 simultaneous speaker portraits — more than the A25’s 2 — making the A40 better suited to small boardrooms where multiple people speak in quick succession. Speaker Tracking follows the active voice automatically. People Counting detects and reports room occupancy in real time, useful for organisations monitoring hybrid meeting patterns and optimising room booking systems.

6-Metre Pickup, Stereo Speakers & Optional Mic Expansion

Eight MEMS microphones provide 6-metre full-duplex pickup — covering every seat in a standard small boardroom without ceiling infrastructure. The dual 10W stereo speakers deliver clear far-end audio with better voice separation than a mono setup. For larger rooms or U-shaped table configurations, the A40 supports up to 2 additional expansion microphones to extend coverage without changing the base unit.

Native Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms & Wired BYOD

The MeetingBar A40 runs Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms natively on Android 13 — tap once to join without a laptop. RingCentral is also natively supported, making the A40 the right choice for organisations running RingCentral Video alongside Teams or Zoom. Wired BYOD via USB-C connects any laptop for other platforms. Dual HDMI output supports a main display and a secondary confidence monitor simultaneously.

CTP25 Touch Panel — Desk or Wall Mount for the A40-031 Bundle

The A40-031 bundle includes the CTP25 touch panel, which connects directly to the MeetingBar A40 via the VCH port. The CTP25 mounts on a desktop stand or wall bracket — positioning it at the end of the table or beside the door for room scheduling. A single login covers both the panel and the bar. For rooms where a touch panel is not required, the A40-010 bundle includes the VCR11 remote instead.

Expandable for Larger Rooms With Ceiling Audio

When the built-in 8-mic array is not sufficient for the room — larger spaces, irregular layouts, or environments with high ambient noise — the A40 supports up to 2 additional expansion microphones including ceiling mic options. This extends the effective coverage area without replacing the base unit, allowing the A40 to serve rooms at the upper end of the small-to-medium category that the A25 cannot cover.
