Corporate Digital Signage for Offices, Lobbies & Boardrooms

Commercial-grade displays specified for offices, boardrooms, corporate lobbies and building directories. Samsung, LG, Sharp, BenQ and Philips corporate digital signage available with Australia-wide delivery and pre-sales advice from our commercial display team.

Corporate digital signage covers the full range of commercial display applications inside a business environment — from the lobby screen welcoming visitors and displaying the day's meeting schedule, to the boardroom display running presentations and video calls, to the large-format video wall anchoring a trading floor or operations centre. What these installations share is a requirement for commercial-grade reliability, consistent image quality across long operating hours and integration with the content management and room booking systems that corporate environments typically run.

The most common mistake in corporate display procurement is specifying a consumer television for a commercial environment. A consumer TV is designed for 6–8 hours of daily home use. A corporate lobby display running 10–12 hours per day, five days a week, will typically show panel degradation within 18 months on consumer hardware — and carries no commercial warranty to cover it.

Lobby & Reception

Wayfinding, visitor management, brand presence and building directory displays. 24/7-rated panels suited to continuous operation in high-traffic entry points.

Boardroom & Meeting

Presentation displays, video conferencing screens and interactive panels for collaboration spaces. Room-booking integration and touch capability common requirements.

Operations & Control

Multi-screen arrays, video walls and dashboard displays for operations centres, trading floors and command environments requiring continuous high-resolution monitoring.

Commercial displays specified for corporate environments differ from consumer televisions in several measurable ways. Duty cycle ratings — the number of hours per day a panel is engineered to operate continuously — are the most important specification to verify. Corporate lobby and wayfinding displays are typically rated for 16/7 or 24/7 operation, meaning 16 or 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Consumer televisions carry no such rating and are not designed to sustain that operating pattern without accelerated degradation.

Consistent brightness and colour uniformity become important in boardrooms and executive briefing spaces where presentations are viewed by multiple stakeholders simultaneously. A commercial display showing a white presentation slide with uneven backlight distribution is immediately visible to every person in the room — and reflects on the organisation in a way that a consumer television simply cannot recover from in a professional setting.

Content management is the other corporate-specific consideration. Most commercial displays in this range ship with an integrated SoC — a system-on-chip running either Samsung Tizen or Android — that connects directly to a cloud-based content management system without requiring a separate media player. For a single lobby display or a 20-screen building network, the ability to push content updates remotely from a central dashboard eliminates the need for on-site visits to update USB drives or local players.

Corporate digital signage is increasingly used for internal communications — allowing organisations to distribute company announcements, KPI dashboards, safety messaging and live business metrics across offices, warehouses and remote locations from a central platform. For multi-site organisations, this often becomes the primary justification for moving from printed communication materials to a networked signage environment.

For corporate environments requiring a large-format centrepiece — an anchor display in a main lobby, a multi-screen array in a boardroom, or a full video wall in an operations centre — our video wall range covers ultra-narrow bezel panels and complete display arrays suited to those applications. For meeting rooms and collaboration spaces where touch and interactivity are a requirement, our meeting room display range covers panels specified for that environment.
